The situation A global pharmaceutical company's Supply Chain and Quality Control teams were losing significant time managing change control processes on TrackWise. Unclear definitions, misuse of the system, and integration gaps with the parent company were causing supply delays and employee overload.
What we did Connected to internal systems and mapped the current process end-to-end. Ran three structured workshops: one to reduce change control activations, one for non-automation improvements (RACI, checklists, standards, training), and one for automation improvements. Built a roadmap with defined impact tracking.
Results Rework reduced by more than 50%. Lead time cut by 40–80%. Team buy-in secured for implementation. A new standard created as a blueprint for ownership and RACI clarity across countries and products. Organisational capability strengthened for high-quality launches.
